  Matthew Courtois來自美國，擁有心理學和TESOL學士及碩士學歷。在對外英語教學培訓和管理方面已有十多年的經驗，曾任職于51Talk，圣三一和英孚教育。曾在玻利維亞、韓國、尼泊爾、俄羅斯和中國。僅僅在中國的教學及培訓經驗已經十年，對中國孩子的語言文化學習習慣頗有研究，對英國英文教師的培訓也經驗豐富。
  Matt已經在重慶開辦了一個也是一個獲得認證的TESOL認證課程，并擔任課程主任。培訓指導的教師也多達幾千人。是非常難得的英語教學專家。
  Matthew Courtois is from the USA,where he earned his bachelor degree in psychology and a master degree in TESOL.Matthew has over ten years’experience in ESL training and management,having worked in Bolivia,South Korea,Nepal,Russia,and now China.Since coming here,He has worked in 51Talk,Trinity and EF.Matthew launched the first and only accredited TESOL certification course in Shenzhen and served on it as Course Director.He has focused on overseeing personalized training paths for over 2,000 teachers.
